1 part EFFEN Rosé Vodka

3 parts Sparkling wine

0.5 parts Lemon juice

0.5 parts Simple syrup

Fresh raspberries, muddled

0.5 oz EFFEN Rosé Vodka

4.5 oz Sparkling wine

0.75 oz Lemon juice

0.75 oz Simple syrup

Fresh raspberries, muddled

45 ml EFFEN Rosé Vodka

130 ml Sparkling wine

25 ml Lemon juice

25 ml Simple syrup

Fresh raspberries, muddled

How to make

STEP

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass or cocktail shaker and shake

STEP

Strain into a wine glass over ice and top with the sparkling wine

Garnish with lemon peel (see Pro Tip below) and skewered raspberries
