Add all the ingredients to a punch bowl or pitcher

*How to make ginger-mint simple syrup: Combine 0.5 part honey, 0.5 part water, 0.25 part roughly chopped mint leaf, and 0.5 part chopped ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously for three minutes until honey has dissolved. Pour the syrup into a small glass bowl and allow to cool slightly before use.
Combine the vodka, pear juice and simple syrup in a shaker
Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice
Garnish with thinly sliced ginger root and mint leaves
