1 parts Fresh lime juice
1.5 oz EFFEN Raspberry Vodka
1 tbsp raspberry preserve
1 oz Fresh lime juice
45 ml EFFEN Raspberry Vodka
1 tbsp raspberry preserve
30 ml Fresh lime juice
Combine the Ingredients in a three-piece shaker and shake vigorously to chill
Strain onto fresh ice in a serving glass
Garnish with a lime wedge

2 parts Fresh lemon sour
1 parts Peach purée
Lemon wedge or ruby red grapefruit, to garnish

0.5 oz Campari
2 oz Fresh lemon sour
1 oz Peach purée
Lemon wedge or ruby red grapefruit, to garnish
45 ml EFFEN Raspberry
15 ml Campari
60 ml Fresh lemon sour
30 ml Peach purée
Lemon wedge or ruby red grapefruit, to garnish
Mix all ingredients together and shake over ice
Strain over fresh ice in a chilled tall highball or Collins glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel on the glass rim or a wedge of fresh ruby red grapefruit

0.25 parts Cranberry juice
1.5 oz EFFEN Raspberry Vodka
0.25 oz Gourmet spice blends, ginger
5 raspberries
0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
0.25 oz Cranberry juice
45 ml EFFEN Raspberry Vodka
10 ml Gourmet spice blends, ginger
5 raspberries
25 ml Fresh lime juice
25 ml Simple syrup
10 ml Cranberry juice
Muddle the raspberries with the ginger and lime juice
Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a ginger slice, raspberry and a fresh lime wheel stack layered on top
